Enjoyed my stay in the tastefully decorated room with all the amenities. The location was great, conveniently close to Milledgeville, restaurants, and shops. It's just a short walk away from Milledgeville Mall.

The beds were very comfortable, the equipment in the room good, the floor in the bathroom and in the room could have been cleaner, the breakfast was American - no European
The friendliness at the reception could have been better - especially when checking out.

Great service offered in this hotel. I stayed in the room that was updated and very clean and available with all the amenities and old pretzel snacks, for instance. The staff was friendly and made me feel at home.

Need to start over on this one
In general: The hotel is old and outdated. The shower is unusable for anyone over four foot tall. There is no shower head but a flexible hose. The bed was worn out and lumpy. The eating area was small and lacking in every category. We will not consider this location again. We were there for a travel baseball tournament and could not rest.

Booked online and reserved room with debit card. Advised hotel manager ahead of time I would be paying with cash. Manager charged card and took the cash at time of check in, so we double paid. The manager did not tell us he did this. I happened to figure it out when checking my bank account prior to paying for dinner that evening. That whole night and all of the next morning I was dealing with my bank and hotel staff trying to get the charges straightened out. They also ran out of invoice paper with hotel logo, so the manager printed the receipt on plain paper (which didn't include hotel name). Later that evening when I tried to get copy of receipt with logo for bank incident claim, I wasn't able to get a printed copy until the manager came back in with the key the next day (after lunch). Also, we were checking in at the same time as another family with the same last name. Manager gave us our room key and when we got to our room, the other family was in our room. Had to drag the luggage back downstairs and get reassigned to a new room. Hotel staff advised us they were booked solid, which made us feel like we did something wrong. With all the chaos, I forgot to make sure we didn't get a room next to the elevator....yes, they gave us the room next to the elevator (all the noise from people standing and talking while waiting for the elevator at all hours of the day and night). Manager did try to compensate for the shortcomings by giving us a late check out the next day. I'm not usually a hard person to please, but for this hotel stay nothing went right. I hope that others staying at this hotel have a better experience than we did.

The guy in charge of breakfast was extremely attentive to our needs.
The room wasn't very clean and wreaked of the smell of old cigarettes.

Incredibly nice staff
Clean hotel. Spotless room. Marvellous location in a pretty quiet area. Nice building and rooms with all the amenities.

The room appeared to be clean, as was the overall hotel. The breakfast had a decent variety. Parking was conveniently located. Check-in/out were a breeze. Distance to the room from the elevator was close by.
I chose a smoking room by mistake and there weren't any non-smoking rooms available. The room we had was "pretty intense", but since we were only staying for 1 night, it was tolerable. I told the manager and he offered to "sell" me a $12 can of deodorizing spray (I declined). -Kind of disappointing. Also, the cost seemed too high for the location (city of Milledgeville) and for the value of this hotel vs others that I have stayed in for far less.

Our stay was great. The hotel room was comfortable and very clean. The beds were very soft and comfortable. Everyone at the hotel was very nice and polite, and eager to assist me. I had no problems at all. The breakfast was great, hot and cold choices. Eggs, sausage, waffles, fresh oatmeal, muffins, fruits. Your choice of juice, and fresh coffee. My family and I will be happy to stay here again.
The breakfast area was little small. Being that alot of people eating breakfast at the same time caused that area to be crammed.

The room is clean and has all the amenities you need. The location is great and only a mile away from Andalusia Farm. Plus, there are some delicious old pretzel snacks available. 🥨
